I'm doing the workload of at least two people, most of the work level I'm doing is far senior to my title, and I have peers being brought in with less experience and higher salaries.

I work too much and I do not get paid enough. I am promised resources are coming but when? It's been years of being constantly understaffed. More and More people are leaving and more and more work get put onto myself and my team. BAL is not doing enough proactively to keep their staff.
