Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm doing the workload of at least two people, most of the work level I'm doing is far senior to my title, and I have peers being brought in with less experience and higher salaries.

Bigger bonus, higher annual base pay

I work too much and I do not get paid enough. I am promised resources are coming but when? It's been years of being constantly understaffed. More and More people are leaving and more and more work get put onto myself and my team. BAL is not doing enough proactively to keep their staff.

I have really excelled in learning a lot of new skills in the past 5 years with the firm and I don't believe that my title reflects it or that my salary is adjusted according to all the new responsibilities I have taken on in the past two years including managing employees without a manager title.
