Just stop micromanaging every aspect of every team and department in the firm. No one has any autonomy here.

Communicating with and addressing operations in ALL departments - not just legal.

Provide clear goals. Don't run multiple large projects at the same time. Stop moving the target. Stop derailing projects that are almost done. Listen to your employees. It's great to be optimistic and positive but a reality check is needed at the highest level. Trust your experts to do their jobs.
