I think my particular leadership team does a great job balancing tasks and productivity with humanity and fun. We are efficient but they also make time tp show they care and are there to listen to us.

Part of my team I love, however, many of the people in my office are closed off and cold towards new employees. I don't feel like many people have made an effort to get to know me or ask me about myself other than work-related inquiries. The vibe in the office is not warm and welcoming.
