We care about each other. We understand that no one else understands the craziness of our client like each other. We try to keep morale up by remembering to take a break and talk about something other than cases/work.

I work too much and I do not get paid enough. I am promised resources are coming but when? It's been years of being constantly understaffed. More and More people are leaving and more and more work get put onto myself and my team. BAL is not doing enough proactively to keep their staff.
