They offer access to the Ginger app, which works with our insurance to get us access to 10 therapy sessions a year. Therapy should someday be a part of all health care, but until it is, it's nice that BILL makes this a part of our benefits.

I love that Bill continues to review and improve a great choice of options between FSA, HSA, and offers a wide selection of health plans to choose from, so that employees are empowered to make the best decision regarding their health and benefits.

The whole compensation is very solid, and I love the "Everybody uses Divvy" benefit, which gives you $100 monthly to spend on anything.

Bill needs to take a serious look at the compensation they offer. The RSUS are only getting worthless and the pay is based off geographic location.

Stock options are not very generous. Advancement is difficult.

Weak benefits, salary is below industry level, and management refuses to acknowledge those things

Bill.com used to pay very well. They no longer do and no longer give nice incentive raises either.
