What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team has done an amazing job of navigating the company through the pandemic and the recent economic slow down. They are visionaries and focus on our next goal to hit.

Leadership is approachable and engage in silliness to connect with employees. Skits, wigs, costumes. You can basically message anyone at any time. Decisions are made top-down, which is good for clarity but bad for including individual contributor recommendations.

The intention of leading our teams to victory, no matter the goal, is very important to the leadership team. They come with experience and support.

Almost the entire C-suite is new to the company, so it can be beneficial to have a new perspective on programs and systems, but there's also no way to predict what action will be taken on any given issue, like the recession or pay equity.
