Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Bill needs to take a serious look at the compensation they offer. The RSUS are only getting worthless and the pay is based off geographic location.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?More empowerment and trust in individual teams would make the best devs feel more rewarded and stay longer. Instead, our best talent is most likely to leave. Leadership decisions need to be better communicated as well. Recent reorganizations have have really hurt morale.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Give design a voice and treat design with respect. Let those closest to the situation make the decisions. Leaders who don't have any context or real understanding are making decisions, and poor decisions at that. They are not listening to their teams.
