BILL Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

HDHP HSA contributions are good

Paid benefits for the employees. added benefits every year.

I feel I have a very competitive base salary with a generous biannual bonus as well as really great RSU stocks

The medical plan is reasonable for families compared to other companies I have worked at.

They offer access to the Ginger app, which works with our insurance to get us access to 10 therapy sessions a year. Therapy should someday be a part of all health care, but until it is, it's nice that BILL makes this a part of our benefits.

Review from Sales Dept

I love that Bill continues to review and improve a great choice of options between FSA, HSA, and offers a wide selection of health plans to choose from, so that employees are empowered to make the best decision regarding their health and benefits.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I like the employee stock purchase program.

Very flexible health care and dental options

The whole compensation is very solid, and I love the "Everybody uses Divvy" benefit, which gives you $100 monthly to spend on anything.

Review from HR Dept

Equity refreshers and Unlimited PTO

Review from HR Dept

My salary and benefits. Medical, Dental, Vision are fantastic and paid for by the company (no employee contribution).

Review from HR Dept

Unlimited PTO, ESPP, Medical, Dental, Vision & so much more!

Fully paid health benefits plus great perks such as a monthly $100 via Divvy card

Review from HR Dept

Competitive base salary, plus 10% bonus, and very generous RSU stocks that vest over 4 years.

I have stock in the company

Review from Customer Support Dept

401k is the best thing

Review from Design Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Bill needs to take a serious look at the compensation they offer. The RSUS are only getting worthless and the pay is based off geographic location.

Stock options are not very generous. Advancement is difficult.

Weak benefits, salary is below industry level, and management refuses to acknowledge those things

Review from Design Dept

Bill.com used to pay very well. They no longer do and no longer give nice incentive raises either.
