Take home pay is on the lower end of expected pay for my position however with profit sharing, tuition reimbursement and quality benefits, it's not too bad.

The cost of living in Irvine is insane. I do not feel like base salaries have kept up with the cost of living here. Most of the people I work with cannot afford to buy houses.
