My team has a good sense of humor. It's important that they aren't jerks and aren't touchy-feeling hypersensitive.
Everyone is extremely talented and experienced.
Everyone has the same passion to produce good work, and refine their practice. Everyone has a say in the work process, and everyone's voice is heard and honored. It is truly a team effort, and everyone is a valuable asset.
