There is no transparency. Management does not openly communicate with employees. All messaging is top-down and filled with half truths and equivocations.

Leadership needs to realize that it takes people to make a company great, not only vision and strategy. Make your employees feel valued. I receive this same feedback from a lot departments across the company. We make enough revenue, so truly invest in your employees. Do this before its too late.

Good work/life balance. We are able to work from home two days per week. Recently, this was more relaxed where I was able to work from home five days per week. Still, with this change, having this ability is worthwhile (although scaled back).
