There are very highly intelligent people here, but they operate the place like the wild wild west. Every other day is a fire drill. Planning is rushed and sloppy, because they think they are saving time and everyone just has to move fast, resulting in sloppy execution, rework, and poor communication

Treat your employees with kindness and fairness. They are giving the company their best each day. They too matter, not just shareholders. Be professional even if you have to let them go.

Need a new leadership team

Finding the right the skills of employees and provide right kinds of jobs and roles

Understanding the efforts of an Individual, Recognition of efforts and support on any request and reviewing of whats going on

Understanding how difficult it is sometimes being the only person in the physical office and having to do all of the office tasks for an office of 40+ people.

IM CMO is vindictive, incompetent, a horrible manager, and her team is in complete disaray

The managers are mostly incompetent and play politics to keep their gravy train going. Most of them are unemployable anywhere else so they manage with fear that is projected to subordinates.

I feel that the bank is trying to constantly push a round peg into a mountain. They seem to only care about who can work at night and on the weekend. I am failing to see what the company culture is, as its not fostering innovation, nor do they care about retainability.
