What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Bny should have to take strict action against managers and Tl

Clearer roles and align skills

Not force the booster mandate on all employees

Better compensation, focus on growth not expense cutting.

A huge rethink in how it's treating and managing its human resources

Challenge the culture of new seniors bringing in buddies from their last job

Fire horrible managers, dont cover for them

It’s more of a every man/woman for themselves environment. Team

Review from IT Dept

Promote and pay first level female managers fairly.

Review from IT Dept

The company culture needs to exist. It's very "traditional" and not open to any change.

Review from Engineering Dept

Hire Ethical people at the top and in leadership

Review from Operations Dept

Stop laying off BNY Mellon people and back-filling them with Bank of America people. Is there anyone left at BOA?

Review from IT Dept

Stop layoffs. Stop hiring new cios and cofs and promote from within.

Review from IT Dept

Top management from the CEO on down need to be changed to people who really care about the firm more than lining their pockets at the expense of hardworking employees, most of which are long-term staff members and many of which are currently being manipulatively laid off.

Review from Finance Dept

Everything should get change right from management

Review from Customer Support Dept

Management needs to get out of the 80s and listen to employees.

Review from IT Dept

We are under constant threat of layoffs. This started as soon as BNY bought out business from PNC Bank in 2010.

Review from IT Dept

Everything. BNY Mellon has the worst company culture I have ever worked in, and I have worked in many industries for over 25 yrs. I have never seen a company care so little about its employees and retention is abysmal. Also communication within depts is non-existent. Everyone is on a different page.

constant lay offs keep you on an edge all the time
