Too many cooks in the kitchen. No one has a unified vision, and then the confusion sets in, and no one knows what anyone is doing. I'm suprised that this bank still functions.

There is a lot of problems with people not doing their jobs. Ie: there is a person who is on social media on her phone for more than half of the day, every day. There are others who are on personal phone calls all of the time. Goals are not met and constant mistakes are found in data reports.

They need more experience and education.
