As stated earlier if we filter all problems to look good we are simply not listening to people who know where problems are. No real motivation on Managment side to dig in there

internal procedures and work load of each individual and make changes accordingly based on people not translation from Managment to put major structure issues under the carpet . If people are important act accordingly by listening people on our complicated procedures with bad output.

Dedicated but not motivated in most part because major communications issues on who does what are not solve. Also the structural issues between departmentshave never been corrected and are consider normal . In a large number of years I have not see any significant improvment .

Base salary not competitive with others in same field of activity . The incentives bonuses started 4 years ago. Should have been done before . It seems like some positions are over evaluated compared to others . Shareholders and management are certainly well treated on this aspect .
