Brenntag Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I think they keep us providing information and current communication abut Brenntag

Review from Finance Dept

Long term vision with the guts to invest and drive change in a structural way

Emotional intelligence, concerned about each person, about future of each persona and organization..

Review from Marketing Dept

They are committed to making the organization better every day. They work well together and you don't have the politics that I have experienced at other companies.

Review from Operations Dept

Their passion for people and business

Review from Customer Support Dept

They really care about you as a person; they care about your success as well as the company's success. I never felt left out and my questions were always answered, no matter what.

Review from HR Dept

They seem to care about their employees.

Review from HR Dept

I like the transparency and the fact that they do make an effort to get the message across. They are approachable and have clear goals on the direction forward. I think our Leadership team is pretty strong and have the knowledge to take us to the next level.

Review from Sales Dept

They show good values in caring for the well being and safety of our employees.

Review from HR Dept

I like leadership at the ROC level, it gets hairier the higher up and ROC level leadership is losing more control and less involved in decisions

Review from HR Dept

They have a clear vision but are also listening intently to what employees at all levels are saying.

Review from Sales Dept

Humble, committed to company and employees success, value driven

Review from HR Dept

In the Americas, the leadership team is seen as real people. They don't come to virtual meetings dressed in a suit, and they speak as openly as they can, which makes them relatable and approachable.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Communication and transparency. They are all down to earth and truly seem to care about the Brenntag Family.

Review from Sales Dept

They are cohesive and communicate what is going on.

Ana Eisenhower is not only a capable leader, but truly invested in her employees.

Review from Sales Dept

Good Communications regarding the company goals and challenges

They are trusting and supportive. Most compassionate leadership team I have ever worked under.

They are personable and seem to really care about employees and safety

My manager really cares about everyone's safety here

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being connected to the general employee population, making employee engagement an everyday activity (versus event-based or one-time bonuses), become more diverse in every aspect (including diversity of thought).

Review from HR Dept

Overall engagement, communication, transparency, vision, and training.

Review from Sales Dept

Communicating, unifying, and letting us know where we are going as a company. We need one top leader to have a presence and he/she needs to ensure people do their jobs, are held accountable and are respectful to one another.

Review from Business Development Dept

The VP I work for was promoted from a manager to VP overnight. He has poor communication and I don't see any strategic plan from him. He also does a poor job of pushing the C Suite for support/resources. As a result, the VPs of other departments are working to ensure he fails. (which means we fail)

COMMUNICATE!!!! Silence breads roomers Treat people less as numbers making your number look good and more as People making it happen

Review from Admin Dept

Communication, Personnel development, building a bench, hiring the younger generation.

Review from Marketing Dept

walk in our shoes to see what the life of the ex traffic, CSR, procurement to help improve the process

Review from Customer Support Dept

They need a lot of improvements.

Review from Admin Dept

They need to change the culture away from internally focus and move the culture to more customer focus.

Review from Sales Dept

Everything, Mainly making sure that we have enough people to do the jobs we are asked to do.
