Better bonus structure for people who help sales but don't sell

Brenntag claims they like to hire within and train within, however when openings occur they rarely do. Direct managers do not seem to have any real input on whether advancement will occur and upper management does not know enough about the lower level employees to adequately make a decision.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work load it to much for one person I feel invisible. Project Brenntag rollout has not gone well people feel in limbo.

It'd be nice if Brenntag went back to "Glocal" mentality. We are making it more difficult for small-mid sized customers to do business with us, a decision we will regret when big customers are lost. There are local companies that compete better. Lead times are increase because we don't stock enough
