We don't look good inform of our customers. We are to internally focused. We always hear that we have the best people but is that really true? We are a huge company why are we not able to negotiate better with our suppliers, we should be winning more sales but we are to internally focused on $$$

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work load it to much for one person I feel invisible. Project Brenntag rollout has not gone well people feel in limbo.
