What's the work from home policy like at Brooks Running?

Brooks supports a flexible work environment and, in many cases, allows flexible work arrangements such as flex hours, work-from-home and remote work situations. Employees partner with Managers to find the best solution for their unique situation.

It’s great. A number of people work from home one day a week. Plus there’s flexibility to be home other times for special situations.
