What did you like most about the interview process?I appreciated how laid back and comfortable it was. It made it easy to focus on the interview itself with none of the anxiety.
What makes you most happy at work?I am happy with the spontaneity of tasks and it is never boring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?My manager is very cognizant of maintaining a healthy work/life balance and makes sure we are taken care of if we ever need anything.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would prefer to make more than someone at McDonalds for the amount of work my team does. We get paid $17/hr in Seattle (minumum) for learning and using over 12+ systems everyday, working on ADDITIONAL projects (not in job description), and required to be on phones for 8+ hours a day.
