What is the best part about your compensation package?

Our yearly bonus structure is very generous.

The benefits are great. Generous amount of holiday and paid time off. Encouraged to take time off. Eligible for bonus.

PTO is generous and product discounts are great

5 weeks of PTO per year and encouraged to take at least 3 weeks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Low end of pay for a high cost of living area

I would prefer to make more than someone at McDonalds for the amount of work my team does. We get paid $17/hr in Seattle (minumum) for learning and using over 12+ systems everyday, working on ADDITIONAL projects (not in job description), and required to be on phones for 8+ hours a day.
