How would you compare interviewing at Fila to other places you've interviewed?
My interview with Fila was easy. I’ve interviewed at Nike which is much harder and detailed in comparison.
What should I wear for an interview at Fila?
Always err on the conservative side for an interview. Day to day, we are pretty non-corporate when it comes to dress code. Jeans and sneakers are pretty normal in our office, but definitely dress up for the interview. Button down and pants with nice closed toe shoes are a safe choice.
In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that Fila asks?
Why Fila? What do you know about Fila? How comfortable are you wearing different hats in your role?
How flexible is your work schedule at Fila?
It really depends what department you work in. Sales and footwear production have pretty standard 9am-6pm hours. However, the design and marketing teams often stay late. Some people on the apparel team even work on weekends. I would say they have it the worst.
