They are willing to help u out if needed

They are nice to my face for the most part. When I first started I felt as though shifts were running smoothly and everything seemed more organized. Counselors and front of house have left which and morale/attitudes drastically changed

My manager is the absolute best. Shes very passionate, Taz is the best person, I've ever has the honor to work under. However she keeps getting undermind everytime one of our coworkers get a chance to. She a really great person and i hope someone will take our camp from our owner, she needs support.

Being leaders in a workplace

Training the staff!! Try and give new staff a more diverse experience, follow around multiple people, play in all the different sizes, tell them when to use what techniques to get a dog to stop what theyre doing. Train them in holding dogs back from gate!!!

There is nobody to hold the managers accountable for their actions and disregard for human and dog safety. They blame lower staff for all their problems and take no responsibility for their faults.

Doing their jobs and communicating

Revisión Publicado hace 3 años

They need to treat their employees better. 12 bucks an hour is peanuts for all of the work we do and we dont get any appreciation.

Unity of command and direction

Pay attention to where people are and what they're doing so no one is stuck in the yard for too long. Having more people on the team would be helpful too.

They need new managers altogether.

The owner of my camo is very childish and doesn't know how to be a leader. I dont feel like i can come to him for anything without him being rude or passive aggressive to me. Communication is terrible and i never feel appreciated.

Communication and compassion to customers, employees and animals.

Actually be a leader. Take accountability for themselves. Not relying on everyone else to do their job. Help out more often

Actually show up. Hold people reliable for showing up on time or at all even. Actually do some work instead of relying on everyone else

Over all the team it's self isn't bad. The workers are nice. The dogs are always joyful when they walk in the doors. From what I've seen, the only neglect the dogs get is that when they want for be played with, held, or given any other type of affection, we're not allowed to give it to them.

They all need to be replaced with more mature and professional people.

Not being fake, and disrespextful

Leadership needs to improve upon communication and paying attention to new hire paperwork.

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Understanding and complying with corporate policies and they need to learn how to read dog body language because they don't get it and if they don't know what an aggressive dog looks like how can they teach new hires? Also just replace current management with someone who actually cares about dogs.
