The work is good, but just not very exciting. When I'm in the office there aren't many people there usually, and most of my co-workers spend a lot of time complaining about how busy they are. It is much less busy than my last job, which is good and bad.

Culture is wrong, poor negative attitude as nothing has changed except the revolving door of people coming in and out. People are stuck in their ways and there needs to be change. Process improvements, better equipment, more people to do the jobs as everyone is doing multiple roles causing stress.

No meaningful action by CECO to provide a properly staffed environment with subject matter expertise or willingness to become one and take responsibility for their work and duties. Hire the competent staff we need asap.

Executive staff appears focused on short term goals, vanity, and posturing rather than being aligned with the average employee, sharing a tool box, or a meal. Elitism might be the description. We need to grow from within when ever possible. That's where the most respected leadership originates.
