Culture is wrong, poor negative attitude as nothing has changed except the revolving door of people coming in and out. People are stuck in their ways and there needs to be change. Process improvements, better equipment, more people to do the jobs as everyone is doing multiple roles causing stress.

Executive staff appears focused on short term goals, vanity, and posturing rather than being aligned with the average employee, sharing a tool box, or a meal. Elitism might be the description. We need to grow from within when ever possible. That's where the most respected leadership originates.

I have way too much work and not enough time to do it all. I am constantly asked to do more with less. I have one actual title but hold SEVERAL job titles.

As mentioned in my previous comment, it is hard to get crazy excited knowing how the comp plan is structured. Even if I book $20M a year, the payout is low in comparable, and the time of payment is years. It is not exciting. Quicker payouts are exciting. Every decision only favors the company
