Our regional manager was very professional and appreciated store associates.

They are very supportive and encouraging and willing to help out in any possible. There is great comraderie between the leadership team and the stores.

My manager is the best, listens to us and our concerns. She works with us for scheduling and hours. The leadership team has poor communication regarding timelines for POS updates and when sales begin/end.

Manager and Assistant Manager are really great. Very helpful while training. Flexible with schedule. Knowledgeable of product.

Not sure. As a long time customer also, I now see clothing quality and style go down a path that can be described as just another clothing store. Quality of material on some dresses and blouses cheap and wrinkles easily. Shoes are cheaply made with a high price tag. Customers are noticing.

I am not sure what team you mean. Our manager is great. She is the reason most have stayed as long as they have. Our turnover has been ,high but not due to her

My experience is that management pays no attention to employees needs upon hiring. Agreed upon hours and days are ignored among other issues.
