What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A lot of females in management which can also be a negative.
Customers are the best part of the day. They enjoy our product and have sales help that they enjoy

They have no prejudice, especially if one haz money. Therd is much talking behind backs.
Taught retail the correct way and this is only because of one assistant long time manager that cares enough to teach the trade of retail business which includes register, online orders, register, customer tact, careful business practice. No one else does there but this individual.
It is generally a good company to work for but there are so many smaller things that hold back the company. They can't see the forest through the tress, at it were. And yet, it could easily. They could make themselves the clothes/retail version of Starbucks, if they would look at the big picture.
The people and some of the customers. Corprate is not ,they are always put more and more on you, for not enough benefit.

Bump up pay and stand begind its policys

The manager needs to communicate more with workers and have respect for them and not try to belittle them.
