I love the mission of Chipper. I have been disappointed so far in the lack of engagement with employees at the bottom. Accolades seem to go to managers and those managers favor. Managers seem disengaged and inexperienced. Morale has been low lately. Feeling very insecure about my future here.

There is minimal engagement outside of work topics. Morale is very stale. Either everyone gives the vibe of stressed or lack of want to engage.

More transparency from the top down and more opportunities for those at the bottom to engage or provide feedback from the bottom up. Too much funneling through 'your manager' which is problematic if the manager is not an effective communicator.

The culture doesn't align with what is being told to us by the people leaders. Though we are told to take time off, there is an unspoken pressure not to. Managers have much control over career aspirations. More training for managers on how to be LEADERS and not just manage is necessary for morale
