Seeing all the little kids happy. That is really the only thing I enjoy about my job is all the customers. They are way nicer than any of the staff has ever been to me, which is very surprising.

The general manager doesnt listen to alot of my coworkers, they tell me all the time. Hes very rude and thinks highly of himself and doesnt listen at all.

The management above management does nothing to help. They train people for months but don't take the time to see if the place is actually holding up in the first place. Our store needed help and we had our district manager come in multiple times, nothing changed. We'd go through tons of managers.

The managers are extremely belittling. They are extremely disrespectful. This is not the type of environment i want to work in. Favoritism is a main deal here. They act like we are incompetent.

If the fact that workers are treated unfairly changes, and my pay, and how the place is ran in general changes then it would be a good work place.

Our managers be respectful and not rude. Some employees could be more respectful too. Ive only meet two resoectful people and they help

There’s nothing necessarily “wrong” but there is lack of teamwork so whenever it gets super busy, everyone’s stress levels rises more than it should if we were to communicate well
