My experience was great until our new manger came she is very rude to us and treats us like animals

Promises of raises and promotions haven't been fulfilled after 5 months, yet are still given the responsibilities of the promotion. Understaffing is a constant issue

They actually care about everyone working with them and make sure that everyone is taken care of. It's not just a job to them.

This is the most collaborative and committed leadership team I have ever seen in entertainment.

Everything we do as workers goes unnoticed in the store

I work more then what i get paid to do

We dont get paid enough to not be on tipped wages. It is absouletly insane. We do more than a waitress does. We take care of parties for a whole 2 hours and get nothing. No one carries cash anymore. We stand at the merch station for 20 mins on one kid and get NOTHING. we deserve more.

I feel like I am worth more then intially agreed upon for wages. I have releaved a ton of work load from the GM and he is able to focus on other matters. A higher wage would make things alot better.

I feel as though we all work entirely too hard and put too much effort into this job to only make ten dollars an hour.

We have a great mix of experienced people who have been on the team for years and newcomers who bring new ideas and excitement to every day work.

My coworkers are the only reason I still work there

That we help, work together when we have a problem.

Best things about my team is how no matter what they stick up for you. They're always there for you and it is an actual team.

Great co workers but terrible general manager

They need to stop causing drama. It is not the girls fault of two guys are crushing on her. People need to stop saying mean things to each other.

Actually do their jobs all they do all day is sit on their phones and steal food from the company nothing is ever done properly because none of them care including the managers. THERE IS BLACK MOLD IN THE KITCHEN AND WALK IN FREEZER THEY KNOW BUT WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT BECAUSE "not my job"

Everyone cares about the work and the people equally. There is regular recognition of accomplishments at every level and lots of fun events. There is even a spring picnic.

Coworkers are the positive culture

All of the workers get along with each other

The guest and mangers along with cast members

I am not sure, they are my family but there is always family members that we don't like very much...

Managers should treat their employees fairly and respectfully

A new general manager .. more pay

THE MANAGEMENT needs to get a reality check. They are mean. They have nothing better to do other than bully the teenagers who work for them. Also the pay is horrible.

It was fast easy and simple

This doesnt matter they will hire anyone because people keep quitting because we dont get paid enough and management is mean.

The managment, the pay, the whole entire company as a whole. It can be improved if you guys stopped hiring mean people.

it's a lot of dictatorship and bullying and it can be improved by having a new manager

The general manager doesnt listen to alot of my coworkers, they tell me all the time. Hes very rude and thinks highly of himself and doesnt listen at all.
