I work more then what i get paid to do
We dont get paid enough to not be on tipped wages. It is absouletly insane. We do more than a waitress does. We take care of parties for a whole 2 hours and get nothing. No one carries cash anymore. We stand at the merch station for 20 mins on one kid and get NOTHING. we deserve more.
I feel like I am worth more then intially agreed upon for wages. I have releaved a ton of work load from the GM and he is able to focus on other matters. A higher wage would make things alot better.
I feel as though we all work entirely too hard and put too much effort into this job to only make ten dollars an hour.
We have a great mix of experienced people who have been on the team for years and newcomers who bring new ideas and excitement to every day work.

Great co workers but terrible general manager
They need to stop causing drama. It is not the girls fault of two guys are crushing on her. People need to stop saying mean things to each other.
Actually do their jobs all they do all day is sit on their phones and steal food from the company nothing is ever done properly because none of them care including the managers. THERE IS BLACK MOLD IN THE KITCHEN AND WALK IN FREEZER THEY KNOW BUT WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT BECAUSE "not my job"

Everyone cares about the work and the people equally. There is regular recognition of accomplishments at every level and lots of fun events. There is even a spring picnic.

Managers should treat their employees fairly and respectfully

THE MANAGEMENT needs to get a reality check. They are mean. They have nothing better to do other than bully the teenagers who work for them. Also the pay is horrible.
