What did you like most about the interview process?

I interviewed with several managers from different areas in the company. They evaluated my experience, enthusiasm and ability to work with people across the company.

It was fast easy and simple

I liked how they try to relate to u and put u in the spots that your skills are good at.

Great interaction with the manager at the time

Getting a chance to show how you can help bring a smile to others, without much pressure to be perfect

I like how fast it is, before the background check you will usually hear back if you got the job within 1-2 days after your interview

They ask you questions to see if you are well equipped to work with others

I liked that i was able to speak directly to the district technician who was able to ask me really well rounded questions about myself and my future at Chuck E, the manager at that particular store too had a great personality and all of his employees love him which is again, very important

I knew the District Manager from when we first worked at the store back in 1998. It was fun to talk about the old days and get caught up to the new days.

The manager kept it simple

the people I interviewed with were not focused on all the negative past, it was all forward thinking.

I got hired on the spot

it was very simple and calming

I appreciated the fun questions that were also on the applications such as "in your opinion, does pineapple belong on pizza?" and "whats your favorite video game?" It gave me a bit of relief.

There's is no judging based on appearance wise

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

This doesnt matter they will hire anyone because people keep quitting because we dont get paid enough and management is mean.

More background checks. They literally hired a sex offender.

The interview process is belittling.
