Everyone cares about the work and the people equally. There is regular recognition of accomplishments at every level and lots of fun events. There is even a spring picnic.

Everyone is so accepting and considerate to you, no what your cultural or ethnic background is. The environment is always fun and entertaining, sometimes you never know what to expect.

I like how im always able to come in and see a smile on at least one coworkers face because we really genuinely enjoy working there. The birthday coordinators are excited about the parties they set up for guests, and the kitchen workers are passionate about delivering good food to the guests

That the other employees know that uts a struggle we try to support eachother as mych as we can while or managers let us fall basicaly

We make a place for families to have fun together, and that purpose permeates the entire organization.

Managers should treat their employees fairly and respectfully

A new general manager .. more pay

THE MANAGEMENT needs to get a reality check. They are mean. They have nothing better to do other than bully the teenagers who work for them. Also the pay is horrible.

A sense of direction better structure and pay

new. managers are needed to work better

limit cellphone usage, better communication, consisstent leadership so we know what is expected.
