The company was acquired in 2022 and the CEO replaced by James Clarke. Over the next year, we lost most of our benefits, had our insurance downgraded, and about a third of the company left. Most promises by the new leadership, such as remaining a remote-first company and protecting WFH were broken.

I would feel better about compensation and benefits if the company hadn't slowly whittled them away over the course of a year. Reinstating previous benefits would go a long way to healing the company culture.

There is very little positive to say about the leadership team from Clarke Capital. Communication has been erratic and dishonest. Every action they take creates chaos for days. Teams are most productive when they leave them alone.
