Out of 78 CLEARLINK employee reviews, 81% were positive. The remaining 19% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping CLEARLINK improve their work culture. The Sales team, with 100% positive reviews, reports the best experience at CLEARLINK compared to all other departments at the company.
Friendly and very approachable and responsive to my inquiries.
Support and visibility of frustration with their management
There is very little positive to say about the leadership team from Clarke Capital. Communication has been erratic and dishonest. Every action they take creates chaos for days. Teams are most productive when they leave them alone.
The willingness to help everyone. People here go above and beyond every day.
The Clearlink executive team seems focused on goals and values, which I really appreciate.
At Clearlink, there is a clear lack of leadership training. Managers play power games and make it hard for you to take advantage of benefits, such as work from home and time off. Getting promoted is difficult, as job roles are vague and essentially up to the manager's discretion. No internal hires.
Great vacation policy and wfh.
Variety of healthcare benefits and heavily subsidized by company; annual merit increases in addition to promotion pay increases.
Great pay and tons of other perks and flexibility
monthly health care premium is fully covered.
Unlimited earning potential. Clearlink cares about their employees.
Review from Sales Dept
If I were paid at least a living wage for my trouble.
Its about half of standard market compensation and that was where the culture and benefits balanced it out - but those are being dismantled daily
They don't compete for my labor at all here -- their healthcare has been gutted, Half-Day Fridays are gone, strict office hours and geographic proximity are what matter, not productivity. They don't value the work, just optics and working like it's 2005. It's disheartening/demoralizing/insulting.
I would feel better about compensation and benefits if the company hadn't slowly whittled them away over the course of a year. Reinstating previous benefits would go a long way to healing the company culture.
My job description is often portrayed as making significantly more than I currently make
Their intelligent, hard working, and kind
They're all on my side. We work together well but can also still be friendly
My team is full of talented people with high integrity who perform for the betterment of our brand and each other despite the growing storm around us
My immediate team is fun as hell to work with and wouldn't exist at all with the new hiring strategies Clearlink is implementing -- we come from all over, we're defined by our talents, not our proximity to the Draper office. Our ideas and contributions matter most.
The teams at Clearlink are knowledgeable and true experts. They are the antithesis of the executive leadership team. Clearlink employees are agile, intelligent, curious, passionate, and caring.
If people would yield to the other more when someone else is talking.
People of my teammates are usually willing to help and so is the manager
The excellent support of each member with unaware management who blame employees for their failures
The work enviroment is awesome. Even though we work remote your team is just a click away.
My team is very focused on continuous improvement and working smarter, not harder. Everyone works together.
I love that we have the freedom to try new things! And move on and learn from our mistakes.
Change that has dragged this place down has occurred at the C-Level and to correct for that, C-level changes need to happen. A few people at the top have totally tanked the culture here
Friendly experience with intelligent individual
I could tell my team was going to be great
They focused on my relevant interests and who i am rather than technical gotcha questions.
There were several managers and employees involved in the process and they get to know you as a person not a number.
I got to meet many people on the team during the interview process.
better organization throughout the initial phone call/interview set-up phase. Staying in touch with applicants through each phase to let them know the status of their application.
I enjoy interacting with my coworkers
The people I work with!
Opportunity and impact; there is room for everyone to grow and drive meaningful projects forward
Getting a lot of sales, earning rewards from incentives and be recognized for my hard work

The money. Making lots and lots of money
Review from Sales Dept
Sales tactics need improvement more towards ethical standards rather than "slipping one in" while customer is contemplating everything and preoccupied with various other details and decisions.
James Clarke and his family (aka executive leadership) have GOT TO GO. The man praised an employee who got rid of the family dog so they could work more. That's insane.
Management needs to be replaced, our CEO is not ready to run a company of this size
Poor management and a lack of communication between upper management, middle management, and production workers.
