Everything. They don’t value their own people. They are best at micro managing. I hate the senior leadership especially in logistics. I feel the work culture is very toxic. They don’t have Human Resource, they call it Employee Services because they know there is no humanity for their own employ

- Train management skills! - Replace current performance review process * allow peer reveiews * allow people to review their managers - start to reward managers who do a good job from the perspective of the people who report to them not only from what they do to look goodl to their own manager
