Locations and additional services are growing very fast. However we struggle getting Providers (doctors and mid levels) to fulfill the need.

I think we re in the right direction. I would slow down the expansions, and concentrate more in strengthen our current services and locations, and then grow.

Our current CEO is a visionary, and she loves growth. She is very good and respectful of all employees and set the example for all Leadership.

For a person that wants to just work your 8 hours and go home, you will be perfect in the front line workforce of the company. However, if you are management or directorship level you have to work hard and long hours. It comes with the territory.

The population we serve and feeling that you are getting pay to help people. It is a very patient oriented organization for the MediCal and low income populations. In addition, the Leadership treat you with respect.
