I think we re in the right direction. I would slow down the expansions, and concentrate more in strengthen our current services and locations, and then grow.

For a person that wants to just work your 8 hours and go home, you will be perfect in the front line workforce of the company. However, if you are management or directorship level you have to work hard and long hours. It comes with the territory.
