Approachable, easy to work with, nice
Love my unit manager and charge nurses.
Everyone helps everyone else out
we all work together, cover for each other on off days. Good Team work

At leading the team properly and not base on own personal emotions about that person

401k, healthcare and educarional support opportunities
The best part about the package is they really have a dedicated hardworking gentleman on team

They practice coercive leadership google it decided if its an environment you can tolerate
Being paid appropriately for the amount of experience I have and work I do

Great teamwork and positive people
The staff and patients are fun to be around they make my day more helpful

My schedule is the reason I stay here
Knowing I have a place where i can get away to if im dealing with any issues at home patient loves me and the doctors staffs
