I had multiple levels of leadership in my interview, which allowed me to see different personalities and how they interacted with each other, which offered great glimpses into the company thought processes. I enjoyed the questions from multiple perspectives.

The leadership casts a strong vision and path for the company, while also allowing for individual growth. They have enough trust in their employees that they don't have to look over your shoulder all of the time. i feel like they have faith in my ability to do my job and do it well.

My team has a fantastic camaraderie, with openness and trust. We share ideas and ask for each other's thoughts often, We meet as a team at least monthly to keep everything cohesive. Any of us would immediately step in for anyone else on the team if needed. They have my back and I have theirs.

I am happy when I see that there is a high level of trust all around that employees will be successful at what they were hired to do. I really love seeing how everyone in the company celebrates when others succeed or have a great review from a customer. It just allows for a positive outlook.
