What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can reach out to anyone in the leadership team with questions or concerns and I have always been taken seriously. Even when I was new to the team I was heard and considered. This company is truly special!

My teammates are kind, funny, and so intelligent! I can always ping my teammates when I am stuck on a project, knowing that I will get thorough help. I make sure to have my notepad ready to jot down notes because their wealth of knowledge is so helpful.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Those that were a part of the interview process were genuinely interested in me, my experiences. You could tell that each person truly enjoyed being a part of the culture at CoNetrix and loved what they do.
