I love that we always greet one another and occasionally engage in lighthearted conversation. We are able to always stay on track and get things done, and everyone encourages each other. When tasks are more tedious, we remain positive and explain to each other that everything will work out.

I love getting to see employees from other departments at work-related events during the week or talk to them when I'm grabbing coffee. I also love being able to go on a walk outside for a few minutes when I need a break from looking at my computer screen.

In my interview, I was asked questions about my personal skills and strengths. They gave me the opportunity to explain who I am and in which areas I excel. Though they wanted to hear about my skillset, they also cared about my personality and the way I interact with others.

We have a set of core values that we always stick to and focus on each other's strengths. Everyone plays an important role based on their personal skills. Another thing I appreciate is our work-life balance! I'm not expected to answer calls or work on projects outside of my designated work schedule.
