I believe that the starting pay for employees should be higher. The amount of work expected is more than one person can do and the pay is equivalent to what half a person would get.

Over worked and under paid. They say managers should be working 55 hours a week but have crazy scheduling requirements that make that imposible. It's more like 70. Promise raises based on good performance but don't deliver. Often bonuses go unpaid.
