We are a team, family. We communicate, we all realize sometimes we have to take a step back and listen to our staff. That's how we grow and continue to help others grow.
Immeduate boss is anaxing the higher ups are not undersranding to the daily denands
There leadership skills and encouraging words
The work environment needs to be less toxic.
They do not communicatw anything and are only worried about profits not employees
Running smooth shifts, paidouts, keeping the money the same, listening to their staffs concerns and supplying them with food.
Caring, sympathy, strong work ethics, moral support, integrity when their bosses are not looking.
The leadership team needs to gain time management skills. This is shown by their inability to appropriately schedule their managers and their employees. They need to eat the training cost to reach full staff and ensure the smooth functioning of their business.

Nothing to be honest. At this moment nothing at all
The friendly management and work environment

To fire the employees that are causing new coworkers to quit.
I believe that the starting pay for employees should be higher. The amount of work expected is more than one person can do and the pay is equivalent to what half a person would get.

There are no incentives i nake less than otger peopke in my feild with my experience

Proactive, dependable, willingness, patient and hard working
Team work and pisitice attiude
We stick together as one
Everyone I work with and very nice and respectful. The manager of the store isn’t and I refuse to work under someone whom treats their employees the way he does. And if you don’t believe me come down to brownwood Texas. You’ll see and understand what I mean just by being ther
my coworkers are very hardworking and willing to step in. the managers step in. but usually they just mess up the flow of everything.
They need to work on humility and be considerate when they potentially put someone in danger. I slip on one of my coworker mess and inform him. He said "to watch where you are walking".
They need more leadership and structure. Theyre amazing people they just need more guidance
Communication, empathy, integrity, respect, honor, loyalty and honesty.
When a coworker sees an issue, instead of adding to the issue, they should take a few minutes to help resolve it. People need to help where help is needed until full staffing is reached. Turnover is high due to the lack of coworker, and management, support.

They need to preform the job they were hired to do.

when I put a smile on the customers face by giving them great customer service.
I just need help with the problem at hand
The food smells better than it taste.
My co workers, everyday I at least get a goodmorning or good afternoon and talk with them about stuff going on in life or work for the day. It’s never a dull moment in the kitchen or out fron

Management and the lack of respect towards the staff
Management needs to step up as leaders and fill in where it is necessary to ensure that the job gets done rather than complaining that the job isn't done while they stand by watching it get worse. Most managers need leadership training.

Eveything must change from head to toes
A more experienced general manager.

It was not hostile until the coworkers made the environment hostile.
It went great and all
It was extremely faster than I assumed

Ask questions that actually determine if the person is a good fit for the job
Well one thing is, they shouldn’t be pushing people out the way. Just because another person needs to be trained and they gotta cut labor down. To me it should be steps to the process not just throw them in the back room and tell them watch these videos with not audio coming out at all for traini
Better management and more team work

Everything in that place including managers
they need to be more truthful about their expectations.

The customers being satisfied of my service.
When we work as a team and management is doing what they're supposed to do and making sure that the workers are doing what they're supposed to do
Having a conversation with a customer, seeing employees growing in the company knowing that I was able to help with that. Seeing a customer that had a bad experience walk through the door with a smile on their face. The smell of homemade food. Lol
Being able to help people and spend time with my coworkers who have now become friends!

We never have food because the gm doesnt order it right
Actual involvement and a system of grievance that can override a tyrant management system.
The company needs to address the poor management skills, lack of coworker cohesion, lack of initiative for completing extra tasks that need completed (managers). Staffing needs to be met and the company needs to eat the cost until it is, rather than expecting high quality from low quality people.

Manager is wrong, and I believe only way to fix that is to get a proper manager to train this one. Because I’ve seen and heard multiple time him yell and be little co workers in the kitchen. It such poor management that sometimes they just walk out crying or quit on the sp
the managers just don’t prioritize the right things and have so much drama to talk about and it clouds
The few times they have the correct number of employees
Review from Operations Dept
I would like to see the company run efficiently and effectively through additional leadership training, better computer systems (functional), employee cohesion events, and by showing that employees (and managers) are valued as both people and employees.
