Everyone I work with and very nice and respectful. The manager of the store isn’t and I refuse to work under someone whom treats their employees the way he does. And if you don’t believe me come down to brownwood Texas. You’ll see and understand what I mean just by being ther
my coworkers are very hardworking and willing to step in. the managers step in. but usually they just mess up the flow of everything.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to work on humility and be considerate when they potentially put someone in danger. I slip on one of my coworker mess and inform him. He said "to watch where you are walking".
They need more leadership and structure. Theyre amazing people they just need more guidance
Communication, empathy, integrity, respect, honor, loyalty and honesty.
When a coworker sees an issue, instead of adding to the issue, they should take a few minutes to help resolve it. People need to help where help is needed until full staffing is reached. Turnover is high due to the lack of coworker, and management, support.
