Running smooth shifts, paidouts, keeping the money the same, listening to their staffs concerns and supplying them with food.
Caring, sympathy, strong work ethics, moral support, integrity when their bosses are not looking.
The leadership team needs to gain time management skills. This is shown by their inability to appropriately schedule their managers and their employees. They need to eat the training cost to reach full staff and ensure the smooth functioning of their business.
