Having a conversation with a customer, seeing employees growing in the company knowing that I was able to help with that. Seeing a customer that had a bad experience walk through the door with a smile on their face. The smell of homemade food. Lol
Being able to help people and spend time with my coworkers who have now become friends!

Actual involvement and a system of grievance that can override a tyrant management system.
The company needs to address the poor management skills, lack of coworker cohesion, lack of initiative for completing extra tasks that need completed (managers). Staffing needs to be met and the company needs to eat the cost until it is, rather than expecting high quality from low quality people.

I would like to see the company run efficiently and effectively through additional leadership training, better computer systems (functional), employee cohesion events, and by showing that employees (and managers) are valued as both people and employees.
