Ask questions that actually determine if the person is a good fit for the job
Well one thing is, they shouldn’t be pushing people out the way. Just because another person needs to be trained and they gotta cut labor down. To me it should be steps to the process not just throw them in the back room and tell them watch these videos with not audio coming out at all for traini
