Crisp has helped me to grow and stretch into a stronger and sharper person. Not many of my friends can say the same. I know that while working here, I won't ever settle for complacency.

Challenging, in the most amazing way. Growth is inevitable here, as well as a healthy level of discomfort. I can't even begin to describe the amount of opportunity here.

Overall, I've never been in a place that lets me grow as quickly as Crisp. While that growth has some bumps, I think the mindset and trajectory is in the right place. I feel the CEO does need to focus on his role, fully trust employees, and only step in where he needs to for that next big step
