Genuinely so enjoyable to be around and to work with
The energy and dedication are infectious here. We are in the longterm game, and we are in it together.
They want to collaborate in a very genuine way, and that is very unusual for any corporation and/or business environment.
My team loves what they do. It's so refreshing to come to work with a group of people who love being there and love what they're doing.
Our team is truly a team. Everyone wants to help each other and work together to hit our goals. We work hard and we have fun.
The team is what's gotten us this far. Not exactly the most creative answer, but the people are the glue of the company and I think the company knows that and invests in it.
