They set high expectations which I like but give you the support you need to meet those expectations. They create an environment where I feel motivated to better myself every day.

The leadership team gets what needs to be done, but with how fast the company moves, sometimes it's difficult for things to be properly prioritized. That being said, the company is moving in the right direction, and I'm excited for the future.
Not a ton of red tape, you can be an instrumental part of making initiatives happen
